By downloading, installing, or using MealWiz ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
MealWiz is an AI-powered recipe application that helps users generate personalized meal ideas based on ingredients they have available. The App uses artificial intelligence to create recipe suggestions and may include community-shared content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, uploading harmful or offensive content, using the App for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to reverse-engineer any portion of the service.
Recipes and suggestions provided by MealWiz are generated by AI and are intended for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any recipe for your individual dietary needs or health conditions. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or nutritional advice.
Certain features of MealWiz may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. MealWiz offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans: Monthly and Yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, and software, are owned by MealWiz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEALWIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
